Terms of Service

PetCentral sells virtual in-game items for Roblox games and delivers them manually through our Discord server. We are an independent shop and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Discord, or any game developer.

Purchases may only be made by individuals who can lawfully enter into binding contracts. You must meet the minimum age to use Roblox and Discord in your country; if you are under the age of majority, you may only buy with a parent or guardian's consent.

• All products are digital items delivered to you within Roblox.
• After purchase, we open a private order ticket where you coordinate delivery with our staff. A link is sent to your email and, if linked, your Discord DM.
• Delivery times vary based on staff availability and the ticket queue. We aim to be prompt but do not guarantee a specific time.

• You must provide accurate information at checkout (Roblox username, email).
• Failure to provide correct details may result in non-delivery, which does not qualify for a refund.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you provide and for being reachable in your ticket.

Prices are shown in USD and include a processing fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorise the payment processor to charge your payment method. We confirm your order only after payment is successfully captured, and may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.

Refunds are not offered for completed deliveries, and are only granted where an item is not delivered due to an error on our part. See our Refund Policy for full details — it forms part of these terms.

• Creating an account is optional and gives you order history, member tiers and reward features.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Our creator program lets approved creators earn credit on sales made with their code.
• Reward rates are set by PetCentral and may be adjusted at any time.
• Creators must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, self-buying for credit, or any fraudulent activity.
• We may suspend or terminate creator accounts that violate these terms. You may leave the program at any time.

• Codes are subject to usage limits and expiry dates.
• Codes may not always be combined with other discounts.
• We may revoke or modify any code at any time.

• Interfering with the operation or security of the website.
• Using the site for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
• Abusing promo codes, creator codes, or referral systems.
• Filing chargebacks or payment disputes for items that were successfully delivered.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or ban accounts that break these rules.

Buying, selling, and transferring in-game items may be restricted by the terms of the games and platforms involved. You use our service at your own risk and are responsible for your own compliance with any third-party terms that apply to you. We are not responsible for actions taken by Roblox or any third-party platform against your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetCentral is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
