Once your payment goes through, everything is automatic:
- Add items & check out: pick what you want and complete your order.
- Link Discord & Roblox: so we know exactly who to deliver to.
- Pay securely: card payments are handled by Stripe.
- We open your ticket: a private order channel is created and you get a DM receipt.
- Staff deliver in-game: follow their steps in the ticket and enjoy your items.
Most orders are delivered within a few minutes of payment. A handful of items are tagged Manual Delivery and are handled by staff, which can take a little longer.
Our team is available around the clock, so if it has been a while just reply in your ticket or open a live chat.
This usually comes down to one of a few things:
- Manual delivery: some items are delivered by hand. Send your Roblox username + order number in your ticket and we'll sort it 24/7.
- Roblox maintenance: Roblox updates can pause delivery briefly. It resumes automatically.
- Not online: you need to be online in-game so staff can reach you.
Yes. Please stay online in Roblox and keep an eye on your Discord ticket during delivery. Our staff gift or trade the items to you in-game, so they need you present to complete it.
Try these in order:
- Re-link Discord: make sure you finished linking your Discord and accepted joining the server.
- Check restrictions: very new or restricted Roblox/Discord accounts can be blocked from joining.
- Still stuck?: open a live chat and we'll add you manually.
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Prices can be shown in your local currency, but every order is charged in USD. The amount on your statement will match the USD total.
Yes. All payments run through Stripe's secure checkout. Your full card details never touch our servers; we never see or store them.
Because these are digital in-game items, refunds are handled case by case and are easiest before delivery has started. If something is wrong with your order, contact support straight away and we'll make it right.
We do! Enter your promo or creator code in the code field at checkout and your discount is applied to the total before you pay.
No problem, just tell us as soon as possible, before delivery starts. Reply in your order ticket or open a live chat with your correct Roblox username and we'll update it.
Never. We will never ask for your password or login details. Items are gifted or traded to you in-game, so all you do is stay online and accept. Anyone asking for your password is not us.
After your items are delivered you'll be prompted to leave a review. Your rating appears on our website and in our Discord #vouches channel to help other players shop with confidence.
